Not a bad list, but I would drop Wanner to the 3rd tier. I think it depends on how Jarventie bounces back after knee surgery.

Yes, I can see that. Personally I think strong goal suppression defenders can be undervalued. Add a premium for right shot ones with size and in Wanner's case solid skating ability. His age 20 first pro season was impressive when compared to some of the organization's forwards who onboarded at easier positions. There's a strong growth potential base I'm looking forward to seeing in year two with more experience and maturity (mental and physically).

Jarventie everything likely hinges (no pun intended) on his knee. Point a game AHL production by age 21 used to be a solid measure for NHL future. Small sample as Jarventie was hurt last year. But a good base toolkit with projectable size, skill and offensive production potential. But for me right shot hard physical d who can skate is a tougher asset to find.
