Yes - I was wondering if he was being taught how to be a pro.. perhaps some bad habits. I know he's not expected to be an NHLer.
A message? I doubt. Probably just that there's not much room for a small 7th rounder that doesn't generate much offense when five Rookie Forwards that were picked in Rounds 1-3 joined Rockford this year. Habits/work ethic are the whole reason he's made it to the AHL to begin with.

You can see why they took Levshunov. Tools are all there and everything is so smooth. Really calm under pressure too. Shift to shift intensity has to improve though. He’s so smooth and calm that he almost looks nonchalant at times

I think he's really going to explode next year. Give him a year to adjust to the pro game and then watch him grow.

It's been his MO everywhere he went. I'm hoping it can improve (and obviously Hawks project it to), but I'm not expecting it tbh.
