Zacha had close to 60 points in back to back years before this season. If we could grab him and send mitts + the other way we are contending again

I am a firm believer that EVERYTHING trickles down and falls into place once we get 2c level production + 1 top 4 d (guly and nabokov untouchable, ritchie should be untouchable too UNLESS it's a 2c that's better than Zacha

That is why none of us wants him at his full cap hit. However most of us believe that at around 7M he would be a fantastic add to play behind Cale. The problem is to get the Hawks to retain that much for that long.

Because unlike Pasta, Nachos actually passes the puck to his teammates. Pasta takes the passes from Zacha and then purposefully "loses" the puck to the opposition and then gets it back and scores - just so he can screw Zacha out of some well-earned points!!!

I love Bednar as a coach for the most part but even I doubt that necas will ever play extended time away from Mack. Bednar seemingly flat out refuses to break up his top line outside of exceptionally small durations.

It would be worth it. Think about how it was to have EJ behind Cale at first, and EJ had declined quite a bit.

My sis-in-law's ex was so f***ing obsessed with moving back to Houston, he ended his marriage in order to do so. The wife and I visited them way back when they still lived there the first time, I was just flabbergasted with how much driving you had to do just to get from place to place. It was so spread out and overdeveloped. I felt like I was driving around two Denver Metro Areas but it was all the same city.

I've been in the opposite mode...been here almost 11 years and have stayed due to work/marriage. The marriage will end in the summer. Reorg will likely get my team and that's a June announcement. Ironically, we're going to list the house in June, so June/July will suck. So, I may finally leave. I guess you have to have been raised here to like it. I still couldn't name a local news person. That's how much I don't GAF. I watched the news during Hurricanes Harvey/ Beryl. That's it other than a few times when I had to watch because I wasn't in control of the remote.
Now, I will say that there are times when I don't mind the climate. It mostly blows, though.

I live in the Katy area and lived in League City prior, so I've not been to the city much. By choice.

They're going to have to if he will only wave for a playoff team, never mind actually getting a legit return. He becomes extremely valuable with 2M or more retained.
