They ought to tell clubs that if a player repeatedly does crap like this, they'll lose a point in the standings per occurrence. Then maybe their teammates would put a stop to it? I don't know, there are obvious issues with that plan too.
Why is it so hard for some guys to just not be total idiots?

From what I’ve been able to gather, he’s getting a base $3M in salary and the Ducks are taking $1.57M each year and investing it. It will be payed out in instalments after interest accrues starting in 2035.
It’s… it’s f***in’ bizarre. Initially looks like cap circumvention. But it… I don’t know. I don’t know what to think.
