Can't seem to find a thread/place to talk about potential line combos and practice lines going on, please merge if I am wrong.

Glad to see Reaves out of the lineup, I also think that 3rd line can actually bring some desperately needed secondary scoring.

These usually end up in the pre-game thread since they change every day.

Great to get McMann back. I prefer him on the top line over Knies.

Much improved from a week ago but I would still prefer Domi and Marner to switch places so we can get Domi going and Marner has proven he can run his own line away from Matthews. I’d also prefer Grebenkin’s jam over Dewar.

Knies - Matthews - Domi
Patches - Tavares - Nylander
McMann - Minten - Marner
Lorentz - Holmberg - Grebenkin

Much better:

Knies-Matthews-Marner
Pacioretty-Tavares-Nylander
McMann-Minten-Domi
Holmberg-Dewar-Lorentz

When Kampf comes back:

Dewar-Kampf-Lorentz

Need to spread out the big three. Our bottom six suffers greatly. Our team relies on one line or two lines and they get shut down in playoffs.

Knies Matthews Domi
Patches Tavares Marner
McMann Minten Nylander
Lorentz Kampf Dewar

Then trade for a 3C to swap out Minten. Matthews and Domi were incredible last year and matthews looked his best when running his own line. Tavares and marner have great chemistry same with tavares and patches.
