The failure in Carolina may be due in part to him but I’m also fairly confident that they simply don’t know what to do with skill.

Unbelievable lengths a coach and organization is going through to try and spite a teenager, to the point of torpedoing their entire season. I don't think even the dumbest and meanest guys running franchises in North America are capable of this.
