TB should probably be number 1. They have a proven playoff producer at 1C, Point, the best winger in all of hockey when healthy, Kucherov, and the 2nd best goalie in hockey IMO, and probably the 2nd best defenseman in hockey. Easy favorites.

Tampa's got one thing going for them that a lot of the other contenders don't have: Vasilevskiy. He's that X-factor that allows them to not play their best and still win games that other contenders can't really fall back on.

Tampa lost Palat and McDonagh. Their depth doesn’t exist so losing those two will leave a scar. and if Killorn doesn’t get his act together, they’ll have trouble scoring.

Voted Carolina.

I guess it's Tampa, but I don't really see it as all that close.

I'd have Colorado in their own tier at #1, then a grouping of TB, CAR, TOR, MIN, STL, NYR, PIT, basically all interchangeable.

They got dominated in the finals against a Colorado team that's young and still improving. Can't give them the #1 spot. That said they're still one of the top contenders.
