Prospect Info: [2023 - 144th] Yevgeni Volokhin (MHL - Mamonty Yugry)

  • We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.

    What This Means for You:

    • If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
    • If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
    • Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.
    • Our 2025 light and dark themes were lost, so we are rebuilding them. Light theme is currently available, but work in progress

Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.

In the meantime, feel free to join our Discord Server
another goaltender? Is this a throwaway draft for HuGo?

Best offensive draft in the years and we draft 3 goalies lol

Goalies, goalies, more goalies ..... LOL !

Stop bashing Bergy. he was never that bad....
What do you mean never that bad? The results speak for themselves. Before we had Xhekaj's brother in the 4th round, he gave us Connor Crisp in the 3rd round. At least with HuGo we can at least hope the result it different.

Reactions: Big Lurk
Something bugs me a little, Hughes said their decision concerning Michkov was in part based on the fact they couldn't seen him play cause he was in Russia... then we draft Kolyushkov and Volokhin...

Oh well, like for every players, I'll still hope for the best.

I mean using a top 5 pick on someone you haven't seen in 2 years live is very different than drafting someone after 100 using just video floor recent years.

Flyers took his teammate 3rd round. Why was he scouted higher than this kid, YV has better stats.

I guess if they like him. I am a big believer in drafting goalies late. Although somehow I feel the message may have been lost in translation a bit...
