Oh no, we lost 2 in a row after winning 7 of 8. The sky is falling!

Garbage ABs and shutout b2b games. Not delivering on big crowds/high pressure games?
That's a huge concern going forward because the games will continue to get pressure-packed. This offence is not being aided by the incomprehensible "management" days of key players at this time of year. I understand Springer getting days off given his injuries, but Kirk, Gurriel jr, Hernandez, Bichette, Vlady have to play every game from here on out. It's not like they're playing football ffs. If we miss the playoffs, sitting these guys out was a factor.

FIELD YOUR BEST TEAM EVERY GAME!

The sky may not be falling but I hope the Jays hate losing 2 in a row and counting more than some of their fans. Not like the Angels are any good either and it's not like we can take off games because we have a playoff spot locked up.

Whatever the Jays do by giving guys off days is working to prevent injuries. Springer's elbow has really been the only issue all year. Jansen's broken hand doesn't really count because you can't prevent that other than wearing a protective glove.

Just counting positional players.

Baltimore up 3-0 on the Houston right now. But according to some everything's fine. Not a big deal these losses.

Let’s not make this personal boys. But Shaner, you’re honestly concerned about Manoah? He is the least of our worries. I’m most concerned about this inconsistent offence that easily goes dormant for three games because their approach to at-bats is so poor when things aren’t going well. Doesn’t bode well for a three game playoff series.

Did you forget what happened before the winning streak? The sky is indeed falling. Good chance they are going to be out of the playoffs the way they are playing.

Do you live in a bubble? The last 2 games have not effected their chances at all. Tampa and Seattle are not infallible.

Seattle has a very soft schedule to finish

It’s between Tampa, Jays and Baltimore. They are all pretty much the same now.

That’s not a good thing. Baltimore was way out a few weeks ago. They gained big time as the Jays slumped. You are the one living in a bubble, not me

No, but we don’t have to freak out and throw a hissy fit every time the team loses a game.
People are concerned because they are fans and Baltimore is 1.5 games back now of the last spot. These games are getting kind of important to win.

We don't need gatekeeper fans either.

Yankees got walked off by the terrible Oakland team. Tampa lost 2 in row in Boston. But only the Jays have issues. Yes, the Jays have been frustrating and inconsistent all season. But they are 11 games over .500. with a top offence, they will figure it out.

This is pretty much how I feel.

It could be way worse but at the same time holy f*** is this team bipolar. How do you outplay the Yankees, barely survive a couple with the Sox and then take a dump on the field against what is essentially a two man team in the Angels? Like there's no baseline for consistency there.

There's no rational explanation for it. It's hilariously infuriating.
