If they could get to Burnes, they should be able to smack Chi-Chi around.

Not the most ideal lineup for Berrios to bounce back against though. He's been giving up a shitload a hard contact and the Brewers are near the top in the league for home runs and are slugging over .400

Charlie is almost always supportive of his players. I think they are pissed at Kukuchi because he isn't listening to them.

Yeah, the reaction from both the team and the media to this stretch is totally unlike anything we’ve seen when any other player struggles.

Kirk has reached base in 7 of his 9 plate appearances so far this series....

We give Tabby a lot of shit but the way he quickly picked up on what was happening with Berrios’ mechanics there was excellent.

As much as we riff on Tabler, he's not actually that terrible of an analyst.

When he's not telling you about how this guy is a baseball player/telling stories from nineteen dickety two and focusing on the game aspect..he's actually pretty insightful.

Makes sense given he probably knows quite a bit about pitcher mentality given he was a catcher. (Edit: he is not, I got him mixed up with Borders.)

I kinda just find his old man takes kind of endearing at this point.

Of f***ing course it's Rowdy that goes yard too.

Definitely not the most assuring start given Berrios has been a bit wild to start.

f*** me.

Exactly what I feared. The Brewers lineup isn't exactly a world beater but when they hit the ball, they hit it hard. They're towards the bottom in most categories sans SLG% and HRs

Pretty much the worst possible set of variables for a gut who has concerns about hard contact and getting guys to whiff.

Hopefully he can settle down.
