So Moreno comes in for Zimmer, but then who's left to play in the outfield? Biggio's in the DH spot and you can't move him out without the pitcher needing to hit and that would theoretically come in the next inning or two if things drag on.

Plus they've now lost their best OF defender and the guy that would cover for Tapia and Gurriel out there.

Happened in previous games to, at this point the managers need to address it. You need to get over to 3rd, sox are playing small ball. Not sure what the point of waiting 4 steps off the bag is, vs just tagging anyway. If that ball gets by him you should be able to score anyway.

Moreno in the OF would be interesting. I assume they'll just put Biggio out there, burn the DH and pray the game doesn't get to the 14th so it matters

I'd imagine they're going to lose the pitcher spot, and then pinch-hit Lopez for the pitcher if it comes up again.
