So let me get this straight. Tapia and his shit D playing every single night giving one of the "regular" outfielders the night off is considered "load management"?

Chuckoyo (just in case you weren't aware) that means you actually have one full time outfielder (Tapia - who is by far your worst) and 3 part timers.

What a moron.

I said this earlier but if it was the front offices plan to give Springer lots of time at DH then they needed to bring a significantly better player than Tapia.

Tapia for Grichuk was fine. Tapia for Grichuk then ruining everything that made him viable was not.

If we are going to use our 4th OF this much, we need better (like a Biggio rebound and let him play RF more)

This should permanently be the lineup until you acquire a better bat at the deadline. And if your scared of your catcher getting hurt with the DH then I’m all for having a 3rd catcher on the team over one of Tapia or Zimmer.

The one with egg on their face here was Grichuk. Didn't he hint that he wouldn't mind being traded because he wasn't pumped about playing a fraction of the time? Little did he know he would have pretty much been a full time player.
 
Looking ahead a bit, from May 31st to June 17th we are playing the White Sox, Twins, Royals, Tigers, and Orioles. That's 16 games. I'd like them to go 10-6 at least. Anything less is disappointing, right?
 
Zimmer is slashing .429/.500/.857/1.357 in the last 10 days. He sucks but I'm just happy to see no Tapia
 
Me thinks the bench has to be improved by the deadline. You can't have either Tapia or Zimmer in the lineup every day. At least Zimmer is not a downgrade defensively, though,
