Maybe Tapia's a victim of the 2022 dead ball and he's secretly Jose Bautista 2.0? 

He is a good hitter he just strikes out a lot. He can give you 30 HRs, 100 RBIs and .800 or higher OPS but you'll have to accept those high K'sI thought chapman was a much better hitter than he i shown but ill take his defense. Any offense is a bonus.

They probably give Ryu another look but if he can't get it done... Stripling it will be....and possibly a deadline SP for depth..Also is Ross Stripling a full time starter even if Ryu returns soon? He had two very quality starts and found a way to keep the Jays in a game vs Verlander where they won.
I know it's only 3 starts but he's looked a lot better than Ryu has in his 2.
