I can understand the idea of acquiring him. If you fix his launch angle he could be a decent guy on the bench.

However, he's playing way too often and he's too high in the order. I just hope it's Montoyo's decision because if it's a group of people supporting this, it's not a good look.

This has happened with other players too. Panik as an example. Just plays certain players way too often.

I really want to know if the lineup decisions are 100% Montoyo or does he get advise from management to make them

Tapia, Zimmer, Biggio & Collins are such black holes when in the lineup. I wasn’t a huge fan of Grichuk but at least he had a chance to do some damage.
 
looks like the rain is falling again. Wouldn't be surprised if this gets called.

Need to push Tapia down the lineup and keep him there. There's no reason he should be hitting 5th.

You could probably adjust the middle three in whichever fashion you'd like but the guys at the bottom need to stay there.

There's no need for him to be playing. Springer RF, Zimmer CF and Gurriel LF. If one of those players sits, Biggio can play RF.

Oh i agree but this is more the short term while Teoscar is out.

When he's back if i had it my way Tapia goes to the bench with the field being a rotation of Springer, Biggio, Gurriel and Zimmer. Zimmer would also ride pine most of the time but i'm not Charlie Montoyo.
