As shown last year in the playoffs, Florida seems to have the pieces to beat Tampa. They made big upgrades in the off-season and when they finally commit to Knight I think they have a much much higher ceiling than Carolina or NYI.

Well the good thing for Florida is they probably don’t have to go through Tampa in the first round, as the divisions and playoffs are back to normal this season.
