Interesting to see Niagara acquiring so many players. I thought they were going to continue to build up to being a contender in 23-24 but obviously they're going for it in 22-23.

Under the circumstances I would say that running out of cards would be something that the IceDogs would think they would like to avoid but who knows. They could do what London did a few seasons ago and checkmate themselves by the deadline day for deals.

Most of their trades were offseason before they had to assign cards. I don’t think they are in a bad situation right now from a carding perspective.

Please note on the last transaction made between the Greyhounds and Rangers and the conditions on the pick would've already been met based off him reporting and signing with the Rangers shortly after.

Not sure what the conditions actually were in the Scott trade. Ditto for recent trades involving the Rangers.

Morey, Costantini, and Scott trades involve conditional picks. I don’t think we can assume that the conditions on these picks are that they sign in Kitchener. It could be that there is a games played condition where those picks are elevated to a higher draft pick. Also, we’ve seen in the past that meeting conditions involves whether a player is on the roster past January 1.

Unless I missed something, I haven’t seen any of the conditions spelled out in these three trades.
