They are not all that impressive to me as much as the Rangers are in a nosedive and can’t seem to pull out.

They are incredibly impressive to me. It took them 2 games to get over their jitters but up and down the lineup they have few weaknesses, with the aforementioned exception of goaltending and maybe Schmid has solved that problem.

Of the remaining teams in the East I take their top 2 centers over anyone else’s. Their top 6 D are all impressive. Maybe their 4th line is below average but who cares?

They are going to be a nightmare going forward when they have Hughes and Nemec as roster regulars as well.

The TNT crew is galactically better than the ESPN guys. Subban is fine, but Messier and Chelios are useless and there’s not a lot of chemistry among those 3. Conversely, Biz, Carter, and Lundquist are all good on their own, and work well together. I learn things from those guys, and it’s rare that a studio crew can make you smarter, but they do

I really thought their inexperience was going to get the better of them. I'm really surprised the Rangers are in this position.

What I've found really interesting about this year's playoffs is that experienced / seasoned teams are coming unstuck and not being able to regain their focus.
