I understand there’s a group of fans that wants the Canucks to lose out / rebuild / tear it down. But I can’t think of many (any?) instances of a coach coming out and saying “yeah, our goose is cooked, let’s burn this mother down” when they’re less than halfway through the season, regardless of team record.

I think we are in a very unique situation in that a pretty knowledgable fanbase is being treated like children with no end in sight.

As I pointed out in a different thread the team could make more money by going to an internal cap and get the same results or better.

2 home playoff games does not net the team much because the NHL takes a share.
