Excellent signing. He is a very solid top 9 player with top 6 upside when healthy. Health is the concern though. This could be a big piece to our 3rd line this year to lengthen the lineup.

Still need one more top 6 guy, but this is a great gamble.

With all due respect to those people happy about this signing, this offseason UFA moment feels like the post-Maurice/JFJ days where the only thing to get excited about was Niklas Hagman. There doesn't really seem to be happy moments digging through the racks at Value Village.
