Kreider hasn’t touched the level Buch was on this past season. Stepan did only once, the lockout shortened year. Kakko and LaF have been disappointing for top 3 picks

They ditched one of the worst contracts in the league and got 9OA. Yeah, they took on a lot of garbage too, but it's not trash overall.
