Let’s not forget the Eagle game where they gave up touchdowns on a blocked punt, pick six, and punt return.

By far his worst coaching job.

Lots of coaches wouldn't have recovered. Some fired.

But give credit to Belichick for always rebounding. After that disastrous coaching performance, his defense is superb in the SB against Atlanta. Specifically in the 2nd half.

He was brutal in SB 52. Atrocious. But he rebounded and put together the best defensive performance in SB history. A year later.

I still have him as # 4 all time behind Brown, Shula, and Landry.

But I won't deny he's a great coach.
