I just want to know where the fantasy that Ryan Strome is physical came from

It's because of all of his unnecessary penalties, especially in the offensive zone. He has to be tough.

Scouts were hearing concerning things about him.

At some point the talent is going to win out (my money is on San Jose).

But you had a lot of questionable feedback from coaches, teammates and those around the team.

Is it a case of HF rating higher than the pro's or does he have some red flag? or both....I haven't seen him play 1 iota, but have seen him mentioned quite a bit here.

Turris will be dirt cheap coming off that buyout. He could at worst be a 3rd center.

He's actually a text book un-ideal hockey player when you really think about it. Soft, piss poor defensively, takes very bad penalties (a lot of the time due to laziness), offensively useless when separated from above average offensive players, etc.

Something to keep in mind re: Turris... Chris Drury was the GM of US team at World Championships last year and Turris has an excellent tournament. Word was that he had his confidence back. There’s something to work with there, especially an a short term prove it contract.

Both.

He should come off the board soon because he's good at scoring, but he has his drawbacks.
