I’m guessing 19/27/91

19 is Ratelle's # and I believe it's retired.

27 would look pretty sweet tho for me, that will always be Kovalev's #.

91...looks like you agree with me. That to me would be the best one as Laff can make that his own as no Ranger I can recall wore that # and if they did, they weren't very memorable.

22 would be Ok with me as other than Mike Gartner, no other Ranger I can recall really made that number their own. Dan Boyle really doesn't count. Did Shatty wear that as well? I forget as his career as a Ranger was so non descript...lol

pretty sure Fast had 91 for a minute. back when we had brad richards. Fast also had 19.

Hi ! im a new fan of the New york Rangers and project to buy Laffy Jersey
yes my english suck, let me know sometimes. im french. you also have Julien gauthier who play a strong two way north south style, youll like him.
Bon jour, what number should Mr. Laffy wear?

So between the two: who has the higher ceiling and floor in terms of projection between Kakko and Laf?

What are some stat lines we should expect from the two?
I think Laf has one of the highest floors of any player ever drafted. Kakko’s floor is a middle 6 winger I would say. Lafreniere’s ceiling is a Matthews/MacKinnon type, and Kakko’s ceiling is a prime Rick Nash type, possibly even better. But these are all opinions.

Don't recall Fast even for the "minute" having 91.

The only one's I can think of top of my head in the league who wear 91 is Kadri, Seguin, Tavares. Laff can end up better than all of them when all is said and done. He'd look great in a 91 Ranger jersey....really good!

He did not to good at posting the photos on here, but if you google it my memory served me right. He did have it.

No comment on expected stat lines, but Laf is a significantly better prospect than Kakko, both in terms of floor and ceiling. Which is no slight on Kakko.

Lafreniere has higher both, frankly.

And I’m not down on Kakko... still hoping for 70-80-90 points regularly.

Say's he grew up idolizing Kane (god that makes me feel old for some reason...), guessing he goes 88 but I can see 22. Prefer 88 though.

I think he's going to wear one of...

14
17
22
71

14 and 17 are close looking to 11.

22 is just 11 doubled.

71 looks a lot like 11 and is the flashiest of the numbers.
