Gase is the biggest loser to ever put on a headset in the NFL

Was around for the Rich Kotite years and that team seems way better than this year's Jets. This team is absolutely horrendous and honestly can't see them getting a win at this point.

I can't see this team sticking with Gase for 10 more games after this.

Played golf and thankfully missed the game...bummer...NOT!

Man oh man what a debacle. My brother kept texting me that the Jets couldn't get out their own way as they looked as bad as they have all year.

I'm telling you....Gase aint going nowhere...he's here rest of the season. And if we want the #1 overall whether or not Lawrence comes out or not, we need Gase too stay.

He all by his lonesome will pretty much guarantee the #1 overall. So I want him too stay as bizarre as that sounds...lol

The Bills opened at -10.5 @ NYJ next week in the early lines I saw.

I imagine KC ends up -13 maybe? Idk. Bettors could push it up big.

I'm thinking it goes to 16.5-17

2-3 years ago the Bills who were a hapless bunch headed into Minnesota as 16.5 dogs and ended up winning incredibly ruining hundreds of thousands survivor pools including mine as well.

This Jet team is alot worse than that Bills team and this Chiefs team is quite a bit better than the Vikings team that year. I'd be surprised if the line is anywhere under 16. Same with Seattle as they should also be favored by 16+ when Jets head there in a few weeks.

Stick with Gase to get the top pick then fire him and hire Clemsons coach to get Lawrence to declare for the draft.

Don't laugh but that might be the only way Lawrence decides to come here.

Doubt Debo would come here to coach this team but maybe if Lawrence came as a package, it could be instead a 1 in a million chance...it would be more like 1 in a thousand chance...lol

I can't for the life of me remember a team as bad as these Jets. I feel like the 1-31 Browns were in more games those 2 seasons.

You are not wrong. I said this last week and I'll say it again. I was around for the Kotite Jets and in 1996 when they went 1-15. That team if they played this team 10 times would win 9 of them as they were light years better than this years version of the Jets.

How f'd is that to say? A 1-15 team is light years better...that's insane but it's the truth. That team had some really good players like Keyshawn, Chrebet, Jumbo Elliot, Adrian Murrell, Mo Lewis. This team has Jamison Crowder and at times Sam Darnold. I mean the talent differential was bigtime advantage to the Kotite Jets. I'm gagging as I say this but it's the facts....hah

I'd say that after 6 games, this Jets team is either the worst team in NFL history or if not, it's in the top 3-4 worst ever. I have no empirical data to quantify this statement of mine. All I'm going by is almost 50 years of watching football and I can honestly say I don't recall ever seeing a team as bad.

And it's not going to get any better either. So us Jet fans should just buckle up and hope and pray we continue to suck, Gase continues to call horrible plays and we get the #1 overall. That's where things are at here.

If you are Ron Rivera, why would you fear going to OT against an offense that hadn't scored in second half? Just wondering.

The lowest level a team can sink to in pro sports is unwatchable. The Jets have arrived

I saw it as a 2022 sixth for McLendon and a seventh in 2023.

Yea, I wrote it before the actual details came out, figuring it would be for a 7th, couldn’t even get that, basically trading up some spots, but no problems with it.

Guessing they will see what all the one year guys can get by the deadline because why the hell not?

Poole, Desir, Perriman, Jenkins, Hewitt, Williamson, McDougald (trade him or bench him, let Davis get the reps).

McDougald, Perriman, and Jenkins should definitely be able to get a sixth or so.
