What needs to change? The amount of rookies they played or the 2nd round playoffs they haven't seen in a decade?

It would be nice if the team could win in the playoffs because coaching puts them in position to win, rather than winning despite coaching and GM decisions. I think that should change.

With Oskar back and on the LW, the Top 4 spots on the RW are already spoken for:

3. Farabee
4. Aube-Kubel

They need to leave the 5th spot open for Sandin, Laczynski, Allison to compete for and fill in when necessary. NHL experience only comes with NHL playing time.

The LWs are set as well barring a trade.

Most of this roster is set except for 3C/4C/3RD/2G
