Their window is probably closed after this.

They need to tank for 2-3 seasons to get some high picks but they always seem too good to get a high pick. Maybe they can get lucky in the draft lottery like several teams have the last few years. They've only had three top 10 picks in the last 15 years, with the highest pick in that time frame being 8th overall, and no top 5 draft picks in 20 years.
