2019 HF Lounge Awards

CATEGORIES
For this year's edition, there will be the following categories :

• Rookie of the year : This award is awarded to the best HF Lounge newcomer of the year.
• Thread of the year : This award is awarded to the best thread started in 2019.
• Post of the year : This award is awarded to the best individual post of 2019.
• Most valuable poster : This award, the most prestigious, is awarded to the overall best Lounge poster of 2019.
• Most improved poster : This award is awarded to a non-rookie poster who has shown the greatest improvement as a Lounge contributor in 2019.
• Paper bag award : This award is awarded to the moment/event that was the most -worthy in the Lounge in 2019.
• Altruism award : This award is awarded to the poster who, by his content, has offered the best help and support and the most kindness to other Lounge users in 2019.
• Participation award : This award is awarded to the poster who has tried his best in 2019.

More categories may be added later.

NOMINATION PROCESS

• Each poster is allowed to nominate up to 3 nominees for each of the categories above.
• You cannot nominate yourself.
• Post your nominations in this thread.
• For threads, please post a direct link. For posters, please tag them using @[username].
• There is no standardized submission form, just make sure to do it so that it's clear.
• You do not have to submit nominees for each category.
• You can only submit nominees once. If you wish to change your nominees, edit your post.
• You can use this thread to submit new categories. If I chose to include a category you have suggested, I will make an announcement so that everyone has a chance to edit their nominees list accordingly.
• Nominees will be counted at the end of the nomination period, using the first nomination post only of each poster.

SCHEDULE
From December 23rd 09:30 AM EST to December 31st 11:59 PM EST : Nomination
From January 1st 10:00 AM EST to January 6th 07:00 PM EST : Voting
On January 6th 08:00 PM EST : Results reveal
