According to my clumsy translation of this TVA Sports web page, the following QMJHL teams are offering live streaming of their games (presumably in some partnership with TVA?): Chicoutimi Saguenéens, Shawinigan Cataractes, Drummondville Voltigeurs, Rimouski Océanic and Rouyn-Noranda Huskies. I checked the Halifax Schedule page, and they have a "Watch Live" link for future games that takes you to this Neulion service sign-up page.
