Looks like Campbell is likely in again, good. Wish Grundstrom would get a shot, try him on line 1 or try him with Lizzote and Toffoli maybe?

It's meaningless to say they're facing a good team when basically all the teams they face will be good teams comparatively. Score some goals! Try not to be so bad on the PK.

To some degree yes, but they've really faced a murderer's row so far.

Buffalo 5-1-1, tied for 3rd in the league
Carolina 6-2, tied for first in the league
VGK 4-3, Cup contender
Nashville 4-2, Cup contender, 4th in conference, 2nd central
Vancouver 3-2, but only 5 GP
Calgary is overrated, still 3-3-1 though
Edmonton, 6-1, tied for first in the league

Combined record: 31-14-2

I get what you're saying in that we are unlikely to face a bad team because we are the bad team  but you can't discount being top-5 in possession having faced those monsters.

of that list Vancouver is the lost that hurts the most

We've had our chances, some of which were wide open nets and missed but it'll come and these games will be closer.. not saying we'll win but the games will be even more hard fought until we start unloading players of course

So when the Kings were good and Buffalo was horrible, Kings would always go to upstate NY and lose.

Now the tables are turned, Buffalo a better team than the Kings, so about time their fans feel a how the hell did we lose to that team moment.

Kings 5 Sabres 3

And I am getting discounted beer (20% off allegedly) at the game, I feel like a winner already. :)

If it's a true reversal we'll whip their asses 12-1.
