Looks good. Sweden will go all the way if Lias is healthy for the SF's.

They've looked good as usual so far, lots of speed and skill. True test for them is the medal rounds where they seem to stumble.

Canada - Switzerland and Sweden - Slovakia should be not exactly easy for CAN and SWE, but they should both win. The remaining two games I expect just very tough.

mounting injury concerns for the U.S. is concerning, but they still have enough to dispatch the Russians... but I'm just a sucker for a Canada-U.S. Gold medal game...best hockey there is....

so, Canada v Finland in the 1/2 final.

and the U.S. v Sweden in the other.

setting up the rematch in the GMG Canada v U.S. should be a doozy.

Don't think I've ever been able to predict the winner between USA and Russia. Won't even try this time.

Because it's not a tournament in Canada so they don't get to change the time of their quarter to be last....The States get too.
You would think they would try to get the US and Canada games in the evening since they share time zones.

I really hope the Czechs beat Finland but it's a longshot
Well, maybe. But it's not like Finland's been dynamite. Their goaltending and offense has been mediocre. As for Czechs, goaltending has been a big issue and defense sub par.
Czech strength is offense while Finlands is defense. Should make for a close game overall I think.
