Yeah the first angle showed it was over and on it's side. Do you have to close hand on the puck for it to be a penalty shot?

He's low key been filthy today. love how he can be at top speed and under pressure w/ the puck on his stick and keep his head up while making a move. always trying to find a teammate, or shoot for a tip etc... absolutely can't wait to see him w/ the blues next year

That's a perfectly legal play in your own end. You can't close your hand on the puck, but can knock it away with your hand like that.

Real close play, but the refs made the right call there, the puck didn't cross the line.

It’s not just the bottom of the puck that needs to be over. If it’s on it’s edge than the top could still be hanging over the line. I’ve yet to see an angle that shows the top over the line
