What a colossal waste of time. This sets him back a half season and honestly the Rangers should tell him, his agent & family that the work starts now for next years camp if wants a shot at making the big club.
Conditioning stints only apply to players who are subject to waivers. The Rangers have the right to re-assign Kravtsov to the AHL at any time.
He needs to make a statement in Hartford. There's not much scoring there, Kravtsov needs to do what the coaching staff tells him to do and prove that he can use his skill to thrive in the system. It may take a couple of months, but he will back in the NHL.
You mean the same coaching staff that has Hartford leading the AHL after being a dumpster fire for years?Hell yea.
Now fire the coaching staff in HFD before he gets back before they bench him for a low heart rate again.
You don't have to explain to me what a conditioning stint is.
OK. It still doesn't apply to the situation being discussed.
How could he be ready for the NHL now when he wasn't two months ago? It's not like he's been playing reguarly, much less playing well.chances are that he gets sent to NYR and not to Hartford???
it is a guarantee that he is Hartford bound or NYR bound?
Remember when people were upset about Kravtsov deleting his Rangers related photos from Instagram? Well, as I said before, he did it because he committed to Traktor, the same way he deleted his Traktor posts when he signed with us.
Anyway, he has deleted his newer Traktor posts today, to fully commit to the Rangers. You can agree or disagree with him deleting it but at least we can all agree it wasn't an "anti Rangers" thing
"Zoomers." I had never heard that before, but it's perfect.I will never understand Zoomers and social media.
One word...Igor. (And Huska hasnt been bad)You mean the same coaching staff that has Hartford leading the AHL after being a dumpster fire for years?

Yeaaah, that team had Georgiev last year and was 29-36-7. Also, reports from those who've been watching the team have positively glowed about their structure and discipline. One word...Igor. (And Huska hasnt been bad)

Which Russian ex-NHLer are we hiring as his life coach?

I don't think it's about beating him down and telling him he sucks. It's about very clearly establishing expectations and stating what he needs to do to get the NHL. Apparently it wasn't clear to him before, so now it needs to be made extremely clear.Sure beat down on a kid that is already at his lowest level of confidence. That will get him going! Whether you think he's being a baby or not is not relevant here. The most important thing is how to get him going again. I don't think telling him he stinks and that he won't make the club until next year will do anything but deflate him even more. Let's move away from the "haha told you so" approach here...
