Lindberg is a nice add. Big, gritty with good amount of skills.

Lindberg - Bäckström - Nylander
Landeskog - Rask - Lindholm
Omark - Söderberg - Kruger
Everberg - Lundqvist - C.Klingberg

Unfortunately, haven't been able to catch much of these games. How's Nylander doing?

It's quite obvious that William have the best hands in the tournament, he's also the best playmaker by far. If only he had better players on his line, he's paired up with two NHL 4th liners (William Karlsson, Joel Eriksson Ek).

He's setting his linemates up left and right unfortunately they can't seem to finish anything, he still has six points in four games though.

That's awesome. Thanks for the feedback. Hoping Backstrom gets paired with him now that he's joining. They should be dynamite together :)

This is a good opportunity to move Söderberg out on a wing. I think we can get more offense out of him, but also as size and net front. And Joel moves back to 13th forward, only playing special teams and taking draws so we have a lot of speed going on the 4th line, which also has a fair bit of offense.

Söderberg-Bäckström-Nylander
Landeskog-Rask-Lindholm
Omark-Krüger-Eriksson Ek
Nordström-Lindberg-Karlsson
Lundqvist

You can switch Krüger and Lindberg but I like the way Krüger and Omark have played together.

I maintain my suggested lines, but replace Burakovsky with Lindberg

That Lundqvist is coming is actually giving me some hope that Bäckström might come as well:

Lundqvist
Fasth
Läck

Hedman - Strålman
Ekman-Larsson - Brodin
Klingberg - Edler
Holm

Burakovsky Lindberg - Bäckström - Nylander
Landeskog - Rask - Lindholm
Eriksson-Ek - Krüger - Omark
Karlsson - J. Lundqvist - Nordström
Extra fw: C. Klingberg
Stuck in popcorn line: Söderberg

I wouldn't be completely against switching it up a bit
Eriksson ek - Bäckström - Lindholm
Landeskog - Rask - Nylander
Omark - Krüger - Karlsson
Klingberg - Lundqvist - Lindberg
Söderberg

New PP:
--------------------------------Landeskog
--------------Nylander
OEL----------------------------Bäckström
---------------Klingberg

Landeskog goes below the goal line to create space and set up Nylander in the slot. Obviously he moves in as net front when the puck is elsewhere. Klingberg aswell on this unit as Bäckström loves to set up right-handers. OEL has a free role. This is Caps inspired.

I like Bäckström with celebral players who finds those dangerous areas in the offensive zone. Guys like Loui and Alfie were perfect on his line, a player like Forsberg was not and I don't think Nylander would be a good fit either. Eriksson Ek fits that mold, not sure he's ready to play on a top line though. Victor Rask is another option but his line is our only productive one so far.

Nylander is more creative than forsberg
