Johansson has a broken finger, Burakovsky has no contract. Bäckström will join if cleared according to Swedish TV.

Russia has no star-power on their blue line, and Canada has an ok team but not anything amazing, and unless Holtby comes as a late addition they are really suspect in goal. Every team has holes in them.

When Sweden won 2013 they were carried by two NHL All-Star forwards who were late additions.

Best swedish team on paper ever in whc. But with Grönborg/popovic as coach I have a felling it do not matter. They have a done a good job in manage to convince the NHL players to say yes, but it also raise the bar, with this team it should only be gold that matters.

If not Bäckström can make our PP to work better than I do not know what can. Probably the best PP player in the world.

Sure, not a great addition but I wouldn't mind it. He has started to turn his career around, might as well get the chance to do it in WC. His record is really good so who knows.

I'd throw in Klefbom as well as 7th D, you never know if someone goes down to injury (or gets sick...).
