I don't think there's any sense in splitting up Rask/Lindholm and Söderberg/Landeskog if this is what we end up with. I'd built line 1 & 2 around them.
But with some more centers in the mix I think there are some other options worth exploring.
Right now I'm hoping for:
Landeskog-Wennberg-Nylander
Söderberg-Rask-Lindholm
Omark-Karlsson-Lindblom
Nordström-Lundqvist-X
Why because they play on the same NHL team?
I haven't watched enough Hurricanes or Avalanche games, but none of the pairs haven't really played together this season right?
I was actually thinking the same, not to split them. But the point was that I'm not overly excited with the alternatives if no other C comes from NHL.
I like those combinations. But I'm not sure if I like Omark on a third line tho, I think he's too one-dimensional in his game to play on the third. If Nylander and Wennberg both comes, perhaps Omark should not get a spot on the team, or?
