There are a tonne of guys though who are, or could be 50+ point, 1st line NHL level though under age 25.
Just look at the crop from the 2011 to 2016 drafts:
William Nylander
Gabriel Landeskog
Alexander Wennberg
Filip Forsberg
Mika Zibanejad
Victor Rask
Rickard Rakell
Elias Lindholm
Andre Burakovsky
Alexander Nylander
Joel Eriksson Ek
Oskar Lindblom
Jakob Forsbacka-Karlsson
Rasmus Asplund
Jonathan Dahlén
Carl Grundstrom
Now that 70+ points is pretty much star level in the NHL too, and there are a handful of guys there who can potentially reach that level.
Most of them will be just average depth players on the national level compared to top forwards of Canada, USA or Russia. Obviously, some of them (Dahlen, Asplund, A. Nylander, or Grundstrom...) are too young to make this claim, but you know what I mean.
