Looks like Davos, Bern, Fribourg and Zurich could all easily win their group.. should they play this thing 100%. But I just feel like they're going to send all their young players once again..

Couple of interesting groups.the drawing was funny to watch with a handful of mess ups.but it seems like the tourney is getting more professional.hopefully it keeps growing in terms of people tuning in.

Davos is much better than Djurgården? Based on what.

Stockholm has struggled a lot over the past few years, they even played in the Swedish NLB.. Whereas Davos is a powerhouse in Switzerland and I'm sure Del Curto wants to win this Champions League, they had a decent run last year, compared to other Swiss teams. Anyway, it shouldn't be too complicated to make it past group stage for both Stockholm and Davos.

I hope it wont be a swedish team that wins this again...(unless its the lakers, but we tend to not get far in this tournament)

Finland had a good run last year

I don't agree. Davos - Djurgården is not an easy matchup by any means.

Last season they reached the QF's in SHL and were eliminated by Frölunda. They have a good squad.

Färjestad with both Prague and Krakow. They hit the jackpot. Would make that trip in a heartbeat.

Bad results from NLA in CHL. Davos was the only exeption. The SHL is much stronger than NLA.

I think there was talk about Cracovia possibly using Tauron Arena for their CHL home games (~13k seats for hockey)?

Are they the same as soccer ones? I dont need knife in my ass...:)

Their ultras put on some good displays.the hooligan firms on the other hand I really don't know much about,I know it's very intense for soccer but the hockey coverage is pretty hard to come by when it comes to that stuff.

Outside of Finland/Sweden yes.shame the two strongest countries could care less til at the very least the semi finals.but for the other countries the games I've caught have been really well attended.

The Swiss and Czechs don't seem overly interested either.

They've atleast pulled some decent crowds from the games I've seen.It does seem to be growing a bit.still new and I think some people forget that.late last year they added a new recap show which could help the casual fans to follow it a bit more online.

I am starting to enjoy it. It is definitely gaining traction. In Slovakia the teams are definitely motivated. In Nitra all games will be sold out, in Kosice i expect 60% attendance, but maybe Bern as a team will be attractive and sell out.

Yea I feel like if atleast a handful of teams really "go for it"it will always be interesting.sure some teams will use their young kids and that's fine.some of the smaller clubs can really use the exposure and will make the most of it.

Bern should be an attractive opponent for Kosice fans but in August they are still many people on holidays so I´m curios how many people will come.
