The article says all three [Finland, Slovakia, Germany] have had disappointing starts to the World Juniors. I don't agree, I think Slovakia is very pleased with its wins over Finland and now Germany.

I think all signs point toward a German relegation. They will have a really difficult time beating Finland, and then the Czechs [most likely]. Germany will go down and be replaced by Belarus who is back for the first time since 2007. Belarus won 1A using almost all 1995ers, meaning virtually none of these players can help them next year (yikes).
