Is it just me or do i feel like this team is done and mailing it in after the hawkins and tepera mess and i dont blame them.

of course they know the games over lol i dont blame them when their starter crapped the bed to start with. so demoralizing. cant blame the offense today that just kills the mood.

Regardless if we come back from 3-1 to win it or not, we need to address pitching in the off season.

Price
Stroman
Zimmerman
Estrada
Sanchez

Hendriks
(Middle Relief Pitcher)
(Lefty specialist)
Lowe
Cecil
(Setup man)
Osuna

Loup has been very good when he's used specifically as a loogy.

Lowe is a free agent. They can re-sign him of course, but I don't think you can just slot him in there as a returnee.

Hoping for the best but with this 3-1 deficit its not looking all that good. Coming back from 3-1 would be incredible though and something that would energize the city even greater than it has elevated previously.

price wont be back. this might have been the best jays team we'll see for a while (atleast pitching wise). their offense should atleast be as good for 1 more year.

so when we lose(we haven't scored enough runs to come back) then you're ruining the chances of winning tomorrow since now you don't have a pitcher for tomorrow.

There is no tomorrow.
Down 3-1 is done.

Next up: the most rested starter.

so why are you saying it now?

Just being realistic. I obviously want the Jays to pull off the miracle comeback, but it in the the likely event that they don't, I still think there are many positives to take from this experience and the organization can be better for it in the very near future.

The Jays took their lumps in the playoffs a few times before finally breaking through in 92' and 93'.
