Post all NHL trade rumors , Deals , etc inside here and enjoy

Will we have 10 trades? Will we have 20? Will we have 50? Will we have 1,000? :hyper:

One of the more entertaining days of year for NHL. NHL Network as usual will carry coverage in US

-- If Hawks make a trade we can have separate thread for discussion --

Enjoy!

In all seriousness, it probably involves a West Coast team.

Hmm.... who did Arizona or Edmonton send to one of the California teams?

And not necessarily. I'm sure a bunch of front offices get a mini-vacation after the deadline, so more than a few places are pulling all-nighters.

The #bruins have acquired Brett Connolly from #TBLightning for two second-round picks. #NHLTrade

BREAKING: Braydon Coburn to #TBLightning for 1st-round pick, 3rd-round pick and Radko Gudas.

I like this Trade for the Bruins. Connolly is cost controlled and I still like his potential.

Is Coburn really that good? Never really saw him that good.

Yandle trade... it was a good Price to pay for him. 50% Yandle is worth something. If they pair him with Staal or Girardi it's going to be a good D. Rangers trying to make it back to the finals.

2015 Trade Deadline Extravaganza!!!

Brett Connelly has been nothing but a disappointment so far at NHL level. I honestly don't like that for Bruins especially since they have some kids in system that haven't gotten fair shot on roster who could be productive.

Lightning gave up a hefty price for Coburn but he will be big help to that backend. Still though that is a very hefty price

I just dont understand how this works, so if kane comes back int he playoffs, isnt it kind of unfair that the Hawks are actually over the cap if you add all the salaries. Isnt there some kind of rules against it? I know that in the playoffs there is no cap but this is still weird. One would think they addressed this in the CBA somehow.

Its perfectly legal

Its a built in defense for teams incase they suffer an obscene amount of terrible injuries. It is something all 30 teams can use and players approve

Only thing that should be addressed is that nonsense Philly situation in which Pronger is allowed to work for NHL while being on LTIR. That is clear cap circumvention

I will say if Kane does have some kind of miraculous recovery, and gets back for round one, the conspiracy theories on the main board will be hilarious.

Not going to happen, obviously, but Im laughing just thinking about the hypothetical reaction.

Cam Atkinson is on the block, Ben Smith is expendable and Jarmo loves and was the runner up in signing Raanta ad they desperately need a backup G.

Atkinson for Raanta+Smith.

with Glencross, Jagr, Vermette, Yandle, Coburn, Timonen already traded, wonder how much we can expect from todays TV coverage

I'm with you. Obviously, like you said, not going to happen, but the reactions would be the greatest thing ever. The Blackhawks would be the most hated team in the NHL if that happened. Management would have "lied" to everyone about him time table to trick everyone. Man, I wish that would happen.

Still tons of trades to be made, maybe not the biggest trades since most of the big names are gone, but still lots of trades.

Phaneuf is going to get traded to Detroit today (guessing) and he'll be great for them.

Wow, only a 2nd and conditional 5th. Guess the Oilers waited too long.
