Should we be beholden to what transpired last year? Am I understanding this right? Continuity from year to year in the fantasy realm seems pointless to me. The pick IRL is Columbus. There's no grey area. It should remain Columbus's for our purposes IMO.

Edit: all clear. Thanks Benny

I remade my selection now that its all cleared up.

LA`s picked is ignored. Columbus's stays the same. I remade my pick with the player I would have taken. It is now Chicago's pick.

I had gauthier next, since he went, I went off the board a little and took Dauphin. I thought he was one of the best players at the U-18.

i put up the table for the second round. I think i got all the trades and positions correct (remember we're assuming that boston beats chicago in the finals). If someone could check my work that would be great.

wait, dallas has boston's 2nd? I thought it was a conditional 2nd that turned into a first (which i used to draft gauthier).

I wouldn't mind hopping in on this, could do whatever team isn't accounted for yet, would force me to look up guys outside of the top thirty, haha.

FWIW.. Canucks wouldn't pass on Mantha if he makes it to them. Their defence is pretty solid and has decent prospects on the farm. Their biggest need is to add to an aging top 6. Canucks are going to look to address their size deficiency. Mantha at 6'4 would be impossible for them to pass on. He'd address their needs more than Morrisey would. But that's my opinion. Other than that interesting draft.
