They are an absolute disaster in all 3 zones. Carolina is a team you can no longer sleep on. Some nice pieces

Jets look completely asleep, which given the talk about needing to make a push and negotiations and such is not what one would expect in a home game. Carolina's mobility is fairly uncontested so far. Lots of dry equipment for the Jets tonight.

How come they don't have any other angles for that potential offside goal by the Pens? Nevermind, they got one now. Hard to say.... actually, it was clear cut onside.

I hope in the offseason they do away with challenging offsides. It's really come down to inches and basically it's a free timeout for both teams. It really ruins the flow. I'm all for video review but if we're going to go by inches, that just doesn't seem right.

I agree. I hate the review. Allow for a small amount of human error in a linesmans job. If it's Duchene's playoff goal? Fine, overturn that. That rush (pretending he was actually offside) - it was millimeters and didn't have a ton of impact on the play.

Kessel can't hold a simple pass. He's terrible. I just remember him torching the Sens every time we played the Leafs. Where did that guy go?

If the Ref start making actual calls again alright . Yesterday in the Avs-Stars game the most obvios goaltender interference i have ever seen wasn't called because the refs expected a challenge anyway. It was of course overturned in seconds just wasting everyones time.

You can keep the challenge but punish it with Penalties when it fails especially when it this obvious that it was just done for the timeout.

That might actually get overturned, Palat looked like he hit the goalies pad.

Still a stupid rule.

Took like two seconds to make the right call. Zatkoff was out of the crease and it had no effect on his ability to make a save - good call.

The contact was on the edge of the crease, but either way I don't think it affected the save...but this is the NHL and with some of the stupid calls we've seen this year I can never predict.

This was more interference than Hossa's play that was overturned.
