James Tamer resurfaced in the late 60's, connected to a wealthy widow by the name of Mae George who was a front, purchasing the Alladin Resort Hotel in Vegas. Tamer was her "advisor", appointing himself "Entertainment Director", the Nevada State Gaming Authorities & the FBI having him on the top of their Black Book list for years. If youve seen the Scorsese film Casino, the screenplay with Robert DeNiro's role as Sam Rothstein actually borrowed from James Tamer's real life. Front man for the Detroit & St.Louis mob's interests in Las Vegas. Long long story, take us well off topic Im afraid.
