[FIELDSET="QUOTES TO NOTE"]

We wanted to play better than we did at the start of the season.
We know we should be .500 at least. It's good to be there. Now it's time to start climbing.
- Carl Hagelin

You never really want to sit back and let the other team come at you and defend a one-goal game but they came out flying and you’ve got to give them credit for that.
We didn’t give too many second opportunities. I thought the team played great in the third period and limited their chances. We got some shots but not a whole lot of scoring chances.
- Cam Talbot

I liked the way we played the second period. We played fast. We played north-south.
We spent most of the time in their end other than a couple of breakdowns.
- Alain Vigneault

Win!

From my point of view, our schedule sucks this year. I can only watch about 50% of the games this year :(.

Panthers D and goaltending have really been struggling at even strength; they have the second most GA/60 5v5 and the second worst sv% 5v5 at .890 (Edmonton being 30th in both).

There's no reason the Rangers shouldn't win this game. Doesn't matter how, just get it done.

Since all the stats are in favor of us winning, we'll probably lose 2 - 10 or something outrageous like that...

In all seriousness, hit the ice flying, and just keep putting pucks on net.. then we should have this :)
