If you directly compare kreider with lee. he took less money and same length. And they’re directly comparable. He took less to stay in nyc.

I like Kreider! But that contract for Lee makes more sense for LI, they have a hard time enough attracting contracts anyway so it won't mess with them that much. Though I don't like that contract, in a vacuum, either. I hate the cap. Let's just leave it at that. They should go NBA style with Bird rules.

I tell you when Kreider is motivated or going well
He is a beast. Should be a perennial 40 goal scorer. Just picking up rebounds around the net.
Great size and speed. Too bad He only plays that way 25-30 games per season.

Every time he’s on the ice it’s a debacle.

Even when he does find the puck he just panic passes it to the closest Ranger to him even if he is covered. Sometimes the player he passes to is surprised and the puck bounces off of skates or is taken away. He so slow in skating, reflexes and thought. He fails at even basic plays.
