Fixed now. Was scrambling to make a GDT quickly while watching the Hawks game. Didn't notice the mistake.

If the ref saw it, it'd be a penalty. Can't call it afterwards.

As for goal or not, dunno. The league has a camera inside the crossbar that the broadcasts don't have access to, so they'd see it better.
