The point of contact on the goal was below the bar. Prior to that, his stick was higher but not when it came to the point of contact which is all that matters.

No, that wasn't even at issue, here. The puck was directed off of both the Bruins defender and the Bruins goalie before Kevin Rooney finally knocked it in. Rask simply doesn't understand how the rules work and was whining for no reason.
