Just imagine if they had Forsberg too. Not even fair.

not trading forsberg would have meant mcphee would still be the gm, and if mcphee was still gm then no trotz, no oshie, no williams, no orpik no niskanen

as much as it was a bad trade, washington benefited from it

That is true, but what a tough price to pay. :laugh: Great thing for Washington to help soften that blow, is the emergence of Kuznetsov. He's been great.
