I think a couple games this year. And there was same issue. No movement. Little zone time. No 2nd or 3rd chances.

I'm sure they explored trades for TDA and Strome but I guess the return wasn't worth it. They also didn't have a crystal ball to see the future concerning DeAngelo fiasco and Miller being such a stud so quickly.

I'm just speaking for myself. I wanted Kreider traded last season and Tony D in the offseason whether he flipped out or not. Also didn't like the Trouba contract but i do like him as a player. Strome was probably not wanted around the league so i understand resigning him.

He's been an absolute monster along the boards but he has this weird tunnel vision. Had Laf wide open for a 1T at one point from inside the dots but opted for a bad angle shot instead..

On my list of things to complain about with this team, hes near the bottom though.

Totally know what you're talking about, Laf was perfectly set in the pocket and PDG decided to make a nothing play. That was face palm moment from me....needless to say I have an imprint of my hand on my face after that game...ugh

The best PP looked this season was in that last game DeAngelo played against PIT. That is the truth. Even though they didnt score as much as they should have that game, they moved the puck the best they had all season with the best chances. High danger chances.

This is all true. There is a reason TDA scored 53 points last year. He has offensive skill and was great on the PP.

I think this team needs a blockbuster trade for a young center that can become a #1 regardless if Zibanejad is healthy in the future. Too many wingers and not enough at center ice.
