He does play a lot. That is part of the issue. Same with Carle. Carle might just provide some leadership in the room but Sustr is just... a giraffe on skates.

Due to all the whistles going of there really isn't any real flow to the game so far, now I'm not against it because they should do their job but it's a bit much at times.
